The Front Line of Safety
If you have just received your A&P license or have been in maintenance for years, Allegiant’s business model provides you with amazing opportunities to learn and grow your aviation career. Unlike other roles, here you will work in a constantly changing, predominately line maintenance role that will put you and your skills to the test. If you think well on your feet, like an environment that is constantly challenging and love to problem solve, we give you the opportunity to develop your skills and apply your expertise. Our teams take getting our customers to their destination very seriously and bond together to make that happen every day.
Training
One of our values is Outcome Based – always striving to be better. To do that, we are always learning and training. We have two state-of-the-art training facilities: one in Las Vegas, Nevada; and the other in Sanford, Florida, complete with flight simulators, inflight training equipment and classrooms for crew members and maintenance technicians. We expect the best results from our team, so we provide all the tools you need to succeed through in-person trainings, as well as an innovative and interactive online catalog.
Engineering Innovation
We encourage Innovation and love when our Team Members think of solutions outside of the box. Our Engineers are a part of a dynamic, growing group who are often promoted within and quickly build working relationships with other work groups. Working together to be better, we consistently ask how we can improve our customer’s experience while operating more efficiently.
Are You Up For a Challenge?
While most airlines work within the status quo, our unique business model seeks out Innovation every day. Unlike many places, we let your ideas soar to new heights, and when your idea is game-changing, we obtain Supplemental Type Certification in-house. We encourage you to look at all angles to find tangible solutions and take your ideas from inception to implementation.
