Often times our Customer Care team is the first point of contact for our customers. Making connections, giving recommendations to first-time flyers, and joining in the excitement of someone’s upcoming vacation allows our Customer Care team to really reap the rewards of what we are all about.

We provide a comprehensive training program, mentorship and opportunities to grow with the company through Career Assistance Program (CAP). CAP provides an opportunity and succession planning platform for Team Members to develop their skill sets through a coordinated on the job training program.
Our Customer Care Team is more than a Call Center – Here are is a peak into the many roles and how they make travel possible for passengers:
- Customer Care Representatives – Assists passengers with their travel needs.
- Allways Member Services Representatives – Assist passengers who are part of our co-brand credit card program.
- Customer Care Leads – Assist Airport Operations Agents, grant exceptions, process refund requests and much more.
- Baggage Representatives – Assist with and settle passenger claims with regards to mishandled or damaged baggage.
- Social Media Representatives – Monitor and assist passengers on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Customer Relations Representatives – Respond to passengers correspondence via live chat, email, or US mail.
- Quality Assurance Coach – Monitor Team Member interactions with passengers to assure they are providing exceptional customer service.
- SSR Administrator – Assists with passengers requests regarding wheelchairs, seating, O2 Concentrators, Service Animals.
- Workforce Management Coordinator – Provide Analytics for Customer Care Service Center.
Six Weeks of Paid Training
Working as a customer service sales representative in customer care for Allegiant is the perfect starting point for a promising travel career. We prepare you to work with our customers and make their vacations possible. Our training program includes:
- Highlights from other departments to foster understanding of the company’s structure and culture
- Hotel tours to become familiar with customer vacation planning
- Cross-training at the airport, which helps to bridge gaps for internal customer connections

At our Las Vegas headquarters, our teams thrive in an open, casual work environment where they can challenge one another to a game of Ping-Pong in our break room (known as the Hangar), mingle at various happy hours in our courtyard, and try different foods during monthly food truck visits to our campus. Even as we continue to grow, we strive to make sure that the family dynamic at the core of our culture is not lost. Here are a few ways we keep it exciting around here:

- We celebrate everyone’s birthday on the 15th of every month with treats
